Nursing Tomorrow: The Campaign for Yale University School of Nursing
This campaign builds support for the Yale University School of Nursing at a vital time
for both the School and for nursing as a whole. In an era of change, the School
remains committed to preparing students for careers as nurse clinicians and
nurse scholars capable of improving practice through sound clinical judgment,
scholarship, and research. At the same time, the School's faculty is actively
expanding the foundations of theory and research on which the profession
depends. These overlapping missions are further united by a shared dedication
to compassionate clinical care in the local, national, and international community.

YSN External Advisory Board
Yale University School of Nursing has been consistently rated among the top 10 nursing schools in the United States; and many of our programs are among the top 5. The School is committed to continuing its pursuit of excellence while maintaining a healthy and viable financial position. Plans for the School's future are both operational and strategic and achieving these goals requires the counsel, guidance and support of a network of the School's various constituencies including alumni and friends. To increase our visibility outside of the current alumnae/i constituency, YSN has invited a core group of influential individuals to form the External Advisory Board whose purpose is to expand the network of friends of YSN. By building a strong partnership between the School and its broader constituencies, Yale nursing seeks to go beyond its current position of strength to reach its next level of excellence as a leader in nursing scholarship, education and clinical practice.
